About the role

Clear Engineering is partnering with a fast‑growing Data Centre start‑up to build a world‑class Talent Acquisition function. As Associate Director you will lead recruitment efforts across multiple construction, engineering and real‑estate projects worldwide, reporting directly to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
Engage senior and C‑suite candidates, managing them through the full recruitment lifecycle.
Hire across diverse verticals within construction and engineering projects.
Negotiate compensation packages to attract top talent.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance through onboarding.

Required profile

5‑10 years of recruitment experience in construction, engineering or real‑estate sectors.
Proven track record of leading and managing recruitment teams.
Strong experience sourcing senior‑level candidates and understanding of market dynamics.
