About the role
Clear Engineering is partnering with a fast‑growing Data Centre start‑up to build a world‑class Talent Acquisition function. As Associate Director you will lead recruitment efforts across multiple construction, engineering and real‑estate projects worldwide, reporting directly to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
- Engage senior and C‑suite candidates, managing them through the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Hire across diverse verticals within construction and engineering projects.
- Negotiate compensation packages to attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance through onboarding.
Required profile
- 5‑10 years of recruitment experience in construction, engineering or real‑estate sectors.
- Proven track record of leading and managing recruitment teams.
- Strong experience sourcing senior‑level candidates and understanding of market dynamics.
