Associate Logistics & Trade Compliance Specialist

About the role

The Associate Logistics & Trade Compliance Specialist supports the logistics and trade compliance team by applying established procedures to routine challenges. Working under guidance, the role blends transportation coordination with invoice verification to ensure smooth import/export operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating the transportation of goods, arranging shipments, managing logistics providers, and tracking deliveries to meet timelines.
• Support the creation and upkeep of transportation documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of import and export activities.
• Review, audit, and verify logistics service providers' invoices for compliance.
• Reject invoices with missing information or incorrect charges and communicate rejections to providers.
• Follow up on disputed invoices to achieve timely resolution.
• Obtain required managerial approvals for invoices promptly.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly accounts management reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, or equivalent experience with a high school diploma.
• 0‑3 years of relevant experience; logistics background preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and quick learning ability.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, with solid written and verbal communication skills.
