Associate Marketplace Consultant

About the role

Amazon’s Third‑Party Marketplace team in Dubai is looking for an Associate Marketplace Consultant to help small and medium‑sized sellers grow on the platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, using data‑driven insights to guide sellers through onboarding, product listing and performance optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business by prospecting sellers, evaluating their potential and supporting their launch on Amazon/Souq.
• Provide sellers with analytical insights, trend analysis and pricing recommendations to drive growth.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of seller performance issues and relay the Voice of the Seller to product and process teams.
• Educate sellers on Amazon’s delivery standards and customer‑experience expectations.
• Track, report and interpret business‑development results, producing action plans for your portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align initiatives that boost seller success.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability and proven experience with data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Entrepreneurial drive with a track record of meeting stretch goals in fast‑paced environments.
