About the role
Currie & Brown is seeking an Associate to provide post‑contract cost management services for a key client in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering accurate cost advice, leading a team, and ensuring project margins are met.
Key responsibilities
- Provide accurate post‑contract cost management advice to clients, especially in mall and shopping‑centre projects.
- Lead a team, manage resources, cost and time, and ensure margins are achieved.
- Deliver assignments competently and professionally, reporting regularly to the director.
- Represent the company in meetings, negotiations and correspondence to build strong client relationships.
Required profile
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent; MRICS membership preferred.
- Previous technical delivery experience within a global construction consultancy.
- Middle‑East experience and proven ability to manage and lead others on live projects.
- Experience in malls or shopping‑centre projects is essential.
