Associate Relationship Manager – Banking (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager will manage a portfolio of small to medium‑sized clients and actively source new‑to‑bank customers within the non‑profit segment. The role covers end‑to‑end relationship support, from account onboarding to service execution, while meeting financial targets and ensuring full compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Source and acquire new‑to‑bank customers, building a pipeline of prospects to grow the portfolio.
• Achieve financial targets such as liability growth (CASA/Wakala deposits), fee income from cash management, and cross‑sell ratios.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationship activities for lower‑tier clients, deepening wallet share and identifying opportunities.
• Oversee the complete account opening process, including KYC, documentation review, system entry, and activation.
• Ensure compliance with ADIB policies, Sharia requirements, and Central Bank regulations, maintaining up‑to‑date KYC/ODD records.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of banking experience, preferably in Corporate or SME segments.
• Hands‑on experience with account opening, documentation review, and service request handling.
• Demonstrated ability to drive liability growth, acquire customers, and sell cash‑management solutions.
• UAE‑based experience is mandatory; the role is open to UAE nationals only.
