Associate Relationship Manager – Financial Services

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager will develop and grow Deutsche Börse Group's business with banks and financial institutions in the Dubai market, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers, acting as the first line of defence for KYC/AML compliance.
• Collect and upload full KYC documentation, monitor client profitability, and identify business opportunities or risks.
• Prepare proposals and product presentations, manage the onboarding process, and coordinate with internal stakeholders such as compliance, credit and middle‑office.
• Support the line manager in executing the business plan, meeting financial targets and cross‑selling initiatives.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in securities or banking, preferably within a custodian bank or securities house.
• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML/CFT and compliance procedures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (Arabic or French a plus).
