Associate Relationship Manager

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager will manage a portfolio of small to medium‑sized clients within the non‑profit segment in Dubai. The role involves end‑to‑end relationship support, from onboarding to service delivery, while meeting financial targets and complying with Sharia and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new‑to‑bank customers in the assigned segment, building a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Achieve targets for deposit growth, fee income, and cross‑sell ratios.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing lower‑tier clients, supporting the Regional Manager on larger accounts.
• Handle the full account opening process, including KYC, documentation, system entry, and activation.
• Submit and track service requests, coordinating with operations and compliance teams.
• Ensure adherence to ADIB policies, Sharia requirements, and Central Bank regulations, updating KYC/ODD records as needed.
• Maintain accurate client records, document meeting outcomes, and monitor portfolio performance.

Required profile

• UAE national with 3‑5 years of banking experience, preferably in Corporate or SME segments.
• Strong documentation accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
• Sales‑oriented mindset combined with operational discipline.
• Effective time‑management and follow‑up skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in KYC and account opening procedures.
• Knowledge of Sharia‑compliant banking products.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks in the UAE.
