Associate Vendor Manager – Retail Vendor Recruitment

About the role

Amazon is expanding its retail business in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia and is looking for an ambitious Associate Vendor Manager to join the Retail Vendor Recruitment (RVR) team in Dubai. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting and onboarding new vendors to Amazon.ae and Amazon.sa, helping to build a diverse and compelling product selection for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and reach out to potential vendors through cold‑calling, trade fairs and commercial events.
• Assess vendor potential, present the benefits of partnering with Amazon and act as a business consultant.
• Guide vendors through all onboarding phases, from catalogue data integration to the first shipment.
• Train vendors on Amazon’s internal tools and ensure accurate product data on the marketplace.
• Collaborate with retail teams to align vendor selections with customer needs and business objectives.
