About the role
Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Attendant to join the EGM Operations team, providing exceptional service to high‑value guests in the electronic gaming area.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver premium guest service tailored to high‑value clientele in the EGM area.
- Assist with jackpot payouts, hand pays, and account inquiries with discretion.
- Monitor EGM machine performance, report malfunctions promptly, and ensure compliance with Wynn and GCGRA policies.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming environment for premium guests.
- Support promotional activities, special events, and collaborate with EGM Technicians and Supervisors.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in EGM operations or luxury hospitality.
- Strong understanding of EGM machine functionality and payout procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Fluent in spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with gaming management systems and reporting tools (preferred).
