Aviation Supply Assistant

About the role

The Aviation Supply Assistant supports the Fuelling/Depot Supervisor in the control room, overseeing the receipt, issue and loading of petroleum products for aviation operations. The role ensures compliance with ADNOC Distribution standards, international guidelines, ISO and HSE procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor in control‑room operations for receiving, issuing and loading petroleum products.
• Perform loading, unloading, airside activities and quality‑control checks.
• Monitor Jet A1 loading operations and complete delivery receipts and flushing forms with mandatory technical data.
• Reconcile daily delivery receipts, meter readings and report any discrepancies.
• Follow up pending or missing delivery documents for refuelling, defuelling and flushing.
• Prepare daily stock statements using the tank‑gauging view panel and record all product movements in the logbook.
• Maintain daily diesel receipt and issue meter readings.
• Conduct tank dipping and collect product samples for laboratory quality certification.
• Receive and process delivery receipts from fuelling operators after discharge or loading.
• Prepare monthly statements of receipts and deliveries for supervisor review.
• Ensure ISO documentation compliance and follow ISO work instructions.
• Enter valid STOs in SAP and update stock in the SRVA system for AVGAS drums.
• Oversee loading operations according to established procedures.
• Report any product spillage or equipment defects to the supervisor.
• Perform off‑loading operations while adhering to HSE procedures.
• Carry out product draining, sampling and physical dip as instructed.
• Conduct visual quality checks of fuel for sediment, water and foreign matter.

Required profile

• Ability to assist the supervisor and work effectively in a control‑room environment.
• Capability to perform loading, unloading and airside fuel operations.
• Strong attention to detail for documentation, reconciliation and reporting.
• Familiarity with ISO and HSE procedures.
• Proficiency in operating tank‑gauging and dip equipment.
• Good record‑keeping and reporting skills.
