Awareness & Outreach Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a UAE National Awareness & Outreach Specialist to support a major national sustainability initiative in Abu Dhabi. The role will drive public awareness campaigns, community engagement and digital content to promote sustainable practices across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of public awareness campaigns, community activations and outreach initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate content across social media, websites, newsletters and other communication channels.
• Work closely with creative agencies, PR partners and event vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
• Coordinate public events, awareness activities and community engagement programmes.
• Maintain relationships with government entities, schools, community organisations, media partners and influencers.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics and digital analytics, and prepare reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• UAE National with 3‑5 years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, outreach or community engagement.
• Hands‑on experience delivering campaigns, coordinating content and organising events.
• Strong understanding of social media, digital content and communications platforms.
• Good project coordination, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Arabic and strong written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Media or related field.
