Azure Data & AI Solution Architect

About the role

Design and deliver Ayedh Dejem’s Azure‑based data and agentic AI foundation for its AI‑powered PropTech operating model. The role blends hands‑on solution delivery with TOGAF enterprise architecture to integrate Yardi and other property systems into a governed data lake and AI agents supporting leasing, facilities, finance and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI assistants and agents using Azure‑hosted models, retrieval, tool calling and workflow orchestration; run pilots through production orchestration layers such as Logi Capps or n8n.
• Design a lakehouse or data lake on Azure Data Lake Storage with Fabric or Databricks, justify technology choices, and ensure KPI‑driven, automated reporting.
• Integrate Yardi Voyager and related CRM, facilities and finance sources via supported interfaces, defining ingestion frequency, data contracts and reconciliation processes.
• Apply TOGAF to create baseline, target and transition architectures, maintain Sparx Enterprise Architect models, and map capabilities using ArchiMate and UML.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent.
• TOGAF certification (Enterprise Architecture Practitioner or TOGAF 9 Certified) – required.
• 10+ years of technology delivery, solution architecture or data platform experience, with recent production AI delivery.
• Proven experience with Azure AI services (AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AI Search, RAG, tool calling) and Azure data engineering.

• Python, SQL, API integration, data modeling, data governance, and security implementation.

• Yardi Voyager integration, property‑leasing and real‑estate finance domain knowledge.
