B2B Sales Coordinator – UK Utility Sector Experience

About the role

We are looking for a professional, detail‑oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing Dubai office. You will contact commercial UK clients from our database to manage utility contract renewals, present competitive pricing, and secure compliance‑checked agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to existing UK commercial accounts, engaging key decision‑makers such as Directors, Finance Managers and Office Managers.
• Identify contract end dates and renewal windows for gas, electricity and water accounts.
• Present live market pricing, outline contractual terms, obtain verbal consent and process onboarding documentation.
• Maintain clean CRM data by logging call details, outcomes and scheduling follow‑ups.
• Uphold strict compliance with UK Third‑Party Intermediary (TPI) guidelines, scripts and disclosure requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in outbound sales, telesales or customer retention.
• Fluent or native‑level written and spoken English.
• Strong negotiation, active listening and confident phone presence for UK corporate clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Competence in standard office tools.
