Back Waiter – 5-Star Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a professional Back Waiter to support the front‑of‑house team at a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The role ensures smooth service flow and upholds the high standards of hospitality expected by discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist front waiters and waitresses in serving guests and delivering high‑quality service.
• Prepare and replenish side stations with cutlery, glassware, condiments and other supplies.
• Clear tables and remove used dishes, cutlery and glassware promptly and discreetly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to support efficient food and beverage service flow.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service needs as directed by the front waitstaff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Back Waiter or in a similar role within a 5‑star hotel or fine‑dining environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Good physical stamina to handle the demands of the role.
• Professional appearance and polished interpersonal communication.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
