Bag Restoration Technician

About the role

As a Bag Restoration Technician you will preserve and rejuvenate premium bags for a discerning clientele. Based onsite in Jebel Ali, Dubai, you will apply high‑level craftsmanship to restore colour, structure and material integrity of luxury handbags.

Key responsibilities

• Perform professional bag restoration and repair, including structural fixes, hardware replacement and material treatment.
• Execute precise colour restoration and touch‑ups across a wide range of bag types and materials.
• Assess each item’s condition and recommend tailored restoration solutions to clients or the internal team.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure tools are properly stored.
• Document restoration procedures and outcomes for quality control and client records.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry innovations in restoration processes and products.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience restoring luxury or designer bags.
• Proven expertise in colour restoration and colour‑matching techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to superior craftsmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently in an onsite, team‑based environment.
• Familiarity with leather, fabric, suede and exotic skins.
