Production Scheduler – MCB

About the role

Eaton is seeking a Production Scheduler – MCB to translate the Master Schedule into a detailed one‑to‑four‑week operational plan for its Dubai facility. The role focuses on balancing internal manufacturing capacity with demand, optimizing throughput, and ensuring on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Convert the Master Schedule into an operational weekly schedule aligned with manufacturing capacity.
• Level‑load daily production plans by analyzing resource capacity, constraints, and inventory levels.
• Utilize Kinaxis to respond to exception messages and revenue‑risk scenarios.
• Track Repairs SIOP files and forecast upcoming months, monitoring Aftermarket Repairs BOS metrics.
• Participate in TOM meetings to identify critical material issues and incorporate findings into planning.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Assist in developing and implementing scheduling procedures and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate across functional groups.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Experience using Kinaxis.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• Complex machined materials management.
