Bank Teller

About the role

Deliver quality teller service to customers through accurate and efficient processing while representing ADIB’s professional image. This position is open exclusively to UAE nationals and is based at the Muhaisnah branch in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Process teller counter transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, drafts, telegraphic transfers, payment orders, standing orders, foreign currency purchases/sales, and cheque deposits in line with operational policies.
• Liaise with the Treasury department to secure optimal rates for VIP and high‑net‑worth customers in coordination with HOP.
• Serve private‑banking customers at dedicated counters and handle any new counter services introduced by ADIB.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and refer product inquiries to the sales team.
• Perform reconciliation and control activities such as dual custody of branch vault cash, cash balancing, end‑of‑day reconciliation, and general filing.
• Ensure proper understanding and execution of centralized branch operation projects.

Required profile

• UAE national (citizenship requirement).
• Good knowledge of ADIB’s retail banking products and services.
• Familiarity with UAE banking regulations and Central Bank of UAE rules.
