About the role
Join our banquet team to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a highly empowered environment. You will represent our brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring every guest leaves as a happy fan of our restaurants.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all operational tasks in food & beverage service while adhering to service standards and procedures.
- Go the extra mile to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
- Prevent complaints and manage service recovery promptly when issues arise.
- Communicate proactively with fellow ambassadors, always prioritising the guest’s interests.
Required profile
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Minimum high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality company.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset.
