Junior Receptionist

About the role

LPM Restaurant & Bar, a globally renowned dining destination inspired by the Mediterranean spirit of the French Riviera, is hiring a Junior Receptionist in Abu Dhabi. The role sits at the front line of the restaurant, welcoming guests and supporting the team.

Key responsibilities

• Attend bi-daily team briefings and communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers.
• Greet guests warmly, guide them to their tables and make sure every inquiry is handled with a smile.
• Build strong guest relations by recognising preferences and resolving complaints in a friendly way.
• Manage reservations, calls and emails efficiently, giving accurate and helpful information.
• Maintain LPM standards, stay flexible with role changes and always deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Required profile

• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for welcoming guests to the highest standards.
• Proficiency in English is a must; an additional European language is a plus.
• Previous experience as a restaurant hostess or in a guest relations executive role.
• A well-groomed appearance reflecting the company's professional standards.

Required skills

• Basic computer applications, preferably Seven Rooms and Microsoft Office.
