About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Barback to join our dynamic hospitality team in Dubai. You will support bartenders and servers, ensuring smooth bar operations and a high‑quality guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional, friendly support to bartenders and servers throughout all service periods.
- Stock, organize, and maintain bar supplies, equipment, and inventory daily.
- Prepare and set up bar stations according to outlet standards before service.
- Assist guests with beverage inquiries and maintain knowledge of cocktail menus and promotions.
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately and securely.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock needs.
Required profile
- Previous barback or hospitality experience is highly valued.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift 30+ lb items.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required skills
- Cash handling
- Basic point‑of‑sale (POS) system operation
