About the role

Join Alabbar Enterprises & ANOTHER as a Barista I Specialty Coffee, preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea drinks while delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards.
• Handle and maintain all coffee equipment, including manual coffee machines.
• Follow food hygiene, licensing, and safety standards at all times.
• Coordinate with managers, waiters, and runners to ensure smooth operations.
• Clean glasses, utensils, bar equipment and restock supplies such as napkins, glasses, ice, straws, food products, and condiments.
• Order, date, store, and sanitize food items to maintain product integrity and quality.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service.
• Ability to operate a manual coffee machine.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
