About the role
This role is responsible for keeping the bar area clean, well‑stocked and organized while serving customers. The barista will also introduce and promote special drinks.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare requisition for bar products.
- Daily stock control to avoid shortages.
- Maintain a clean and tidy beverage area.
- Ensure personal hygiene and appearance standards.
- Fill fridges and prepare fresh products such as juices and decorations daily.
- Serve beverages during service hours.
- Know special drinks (cocktails) and create a beverage menu.
- Keep utensils clean and shining at all times.
