Barista (Lobby Lounge)

About the role

Join the Hotels team at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi and create memorable moments for guests by preparing and serving a variety of coffee, tea and non‑alcoholic beverages in the lobby lounge.

Key responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat attitude and proactively enhance their experience.
• Prepare coffee, specialty coffee, tea and other beverages to recipe and presentation standards.
• Operate, maintain and report on espresso machines, grinders, brewers and related equipment.
• Process payments accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Manage inventory, monitor product freshness and ensure quality.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and spreading warmth to guests.

• Ability to work with urgency and discipline in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Operation of espresso machines, grinders and coffee brewing equipment.
• Use of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems for cash, card and voucher transactions.
