Barista (Lobby Lounge)

About the role

Join the Hotels team at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi and brighten guests' days by preparing and serving a range of beverages in the Lobby Lounge. You will be the face of hospitality, delivering memorable experiences that enhance each stay.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an upbeat, friendly attitude and proactively enhance guest experiences.
• Prepare and serve coffee, specialty coffee, tea and non‑alcoholic drinks to recipe and presentation standards.
• Operate, maintain and report on espresso machines, grinders, brewers and other beverage equipment.
• Process payments accurately using the point‑of‑sale system, handling cash, cards, vouchers and gift certificates.
• Manage inventory, ensuring freshness and quality of all beverage‑related items.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.
