Barista – Luxury Hotel Beverage Specialist

About the role

The Lana – part of the Dorchester Collection – is seeking a passionate Barista to lead beverage operations in its Dubai hotel outlet. You will craft exceptional coffee, tea and artisanal drinks while mentoring the service team to uphold the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day beverage service, ensuring guests receive premium hot drinks and a flawless experience.
• Create and maintain bespoke beverage menus, focusing on specialty coffees, rare teas and custom infusions.
• Lead daily pre‑service briefings and collaborate with supporting departments for immaculate presentation and maintenance.
• Train and mentor the restaurant team on coffee preparation, latte art and beverage knowledge.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a luxury hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Expertise in specialty coffee brewing methods and bean origins.
