Barista – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are looking for a refined, service‑oriented Barista to join our luxury retail store in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering exceptional coffee, tea and matcha experiences while maintaining a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the Ounass brand.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, tea and matcha to brand‑defined quality standards.
• Execute precise espresso extraction, milk texturing and beverage assembly.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation and service throughout each shift.
• Keep expert knowledge of menu items, ingredients and allergens, and provide confident recommendations.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle feedback professionally and ensure a seamless service flow.
• Follow equipment care, cleaning schedules and routine maintenance procedures.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene and health regulations, minimizing waste through proper handling and rotation.
• Participate in ongoing training, tastings and product‑knowledge sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a premium café, luxury hospitality or fine‑dining environment.
• Polished, professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
• Passion for coffee, hospitality and delivering high‑quality service.
