Barista Supervisor

About the role

My PT Hub is expanding its fitness and wellness brand with a new gym that includes an in‑house café. We are seeking an experienced Barista Supervisor to lead daily café operations, ensure high‑quality beverage service, and uphold our standards of customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of café service, guaranteeing smooth and efficient operations.
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light refreshments according to company standards.
• Create staff schedules, manage shift rotations, and monitor daily performance.
• Control inventory, track stock levels, place orders, and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with UAE food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve service issues, and maintain a clean work environment.
• Monitor sales performance and support initiatives to increase café revenue.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a café or coffee‑shop environment.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Strong knowledge of espresso machines, coffee preparation, and beverage standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer‑service abilities.
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Professional appearance and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
