Bartender – Full‑time Bar Service in Dubai

About the role
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to a consistently high standard while delivering an engaging, efficient, and professional guest experience at the bar. This full‑time position reports to the Head Mixologist / Bar Manager and is part of the Beverage Operations department in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails, spirits, wines, and non‑alcoholic drinks according to recipes, ensuring speed, accuracy and consistent presentation.
- Interact confidently with guests, provide menu and beverage recommendations, and support upselling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar stations, follow stock handling, portioning and waste‑control procedures.
- Support stock counts, deliveries, and opening/closing bar procedures while complying with hygiene, safety and licensing regulations.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years’ experience as a bartender in a quality venue.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails and bar service, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Professional attitude, strong teamwork skills and a focus on guest satisfaction.
