Bartender

About the role

The Bartender at Tyler’s Tavern is a full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai, responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, from craft beers and wines to signature liquors and specialty coffee cocktails.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, recommend drinks and ensure consistent quality and presentation.
• Manage bar stock, set up and close the bar, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Process payments accurately, follow local regulations and company policies, and support food service when needed.
• Collaborate with the front‑of‑house team to deliver a positive guest experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer service focus with excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Experience in food & beverage operations, knowledge of pub fare and drink pairings.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service and local health and safety regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in bartending techniques such as mixing, pouring, garnishing and presenting cocktails.
• Accurate cash handling and familiarity with POS systems for payment processing.
