About the role
The Bell Host provides premium guest services at Six Senses The Palm, ensuring smooth luggage handling, vehicle assistance, and lobby upkeep. This role supports the Concierge Desk and transportation partners to deliver a seamless, high‑standard experience for all guests.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver and collect guest luggage and requested items promptly and according to brand standards.
- Assist guests with vehicle entry and exit, including loading and unloading luggage.
- Maintain cleanliness of guest areas, especially the lobby, and report any defects.
- Coordinate with the Concierge Desk and transportation service provider to ensure efficient guest transfers.
- Uphold Six Senses guidelines, performance benchmarks, and LQA standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma or degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
- Fluent in English and Russian.
