About the role
The Bellman Cum Driver at Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel ensures a seamless and memorable experience for guests arriving and departing the property. This role combines guest service, luggage handling, and coordination of transportation services.
Key responsibilities
- Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries, and provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, rates, and promotions.
- Assist guests with luggage, offer storage services, and coordinate delivery of messages and items to rooms.
- Maintain a clean and tidy lobby area at all times.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements, including taxis, private vehicles, limousines, and other services.
- Support other hotel departments as needed and complete shift duties according to the checklist.
Required profile
- Strong guest‑interaction skills with a friendly and polite demeanor.
- Extensive knowledge of hotel products, services, and facilities.
- Ability to manage lobby traffic and ensure smooth operations at the bell desk.
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and handling guest belongings.
