Bellman – Guest Services Specialist

About the role

The Bellman is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable arrival and departure experience. You will handle luggage, coordinate transportation, and provide information about resort amenities and local attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage handling, ensuring safe transport to rooms.
• Provide accurate information on resort facilities, services, and nearby attractions.
• Coordinate transportation services such as buggies or shuttles, maintaining safety and timeliness.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explain features, and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Maintain a tidy bell desk and lobby, and support valet parking when needed.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to uphold high hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar guest‑service role and fluent English communication.
• Friendly, helpful attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Russian, Spanish, German, Chinese) is a plus.
• Ability to inspire colleagues and guests, and a willingness to admit and learn from mistakes.
