Bellman – Luxury Hotel Guest Services

About the role

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Bellman to join our luxury hospitality team in Dubai. As the first point of contact for guests, you will deliver warm, efficient, and personalized service that sets the tone for their entire stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first impression.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage, and escort guests to their rooms while explaining amenities.
• Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, dining options, recreational activities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements, deliver luggage and packages to rooms, and maintain the bell desk and lobby area.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Bellman, Porter, or similar hotel service role (preferred).
• Experience in a 5‑star or luxury resort environment is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Physical fitness to handle luggage and perform tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work under pressure, flexible to work weekends and holidays.
