Senior Sales Manager – Corporate

About the role

AccorHotel is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager – Corporate to lead corporate sales initiatives at Novotel & Adagio Dubai Al Barsha. You will develop strategic relationships, manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, and drive revenue growth in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales strategies for the corporate market.
• Identify, prospect and cultivate new corporate leads through networking and relationship building.
• Manage existing corporate accounts, including contract negotiations, renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Conduct site inspections and business development meetings with prospects and clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, monitor market trends and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare detailed performance reports for senior management.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to generate qualified leads.
• Mentor and support sales team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of proven corporate sales, account management or business development experience in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
• Resilient, self‑motivated and able to thrive in high‑pressure, fast‑paced settings.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM software platforms.
