About the role
A full-time Bellman position at the Mercure Abu Dhabi Downtown hotel, part of Accor. The role focuses on delivering guests' luggage and messages and providing a welcoming presence in the lobby.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guests' luggage, messages and other items within the property in a timely manner
- Guide guests to their rooms in a professional, friendly and engaging way
- Maintain a presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Hospitality background preferred
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
Required skills
- Service-focused personality and excellent communication skills
- Professional presentation and ability to stay calm and courteous while focusing on guest needs
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
