About the role
The B&F Supervisor ensures smooth operations in the dining areas, oversees staff appearance, manages inventory, and handles cash handling duties. This role supports guest satisfaction and team performance.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect staff grooming and attire, correcting deficiencies.
- Monitor dining rooms for seating, service quality, safety, and guest well‑being.
- Complete work orders for maintenance and conduct regular inventories of supplies, food, and liquor.
- Requisition necessary supplies and manage stock levels.
- Handle assigned cash bank, ensure accuracy, provide change, and keep the bank secure.
- Communicate closing procedures and last call to guests.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
