About the role

We are seeking a bilingual tutor to help train AI chatbots in both Arabic and English. You will interact with the models, assess their performance, and create new conversational scenarios to improve their responses.

Key responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs.
Measure progress by reviewing logic, correctness, and overall performance.
Write novel conversation scripts to teach chatbots appropriate responses.

Required profile

Fluency in both English and Arabic.
Detail‑oriented with strong writing and grammar expertise.
Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
Based in the United Arab Emirates.
