Bilingual Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing cum Social Media Specialist manages and executes social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement and growth across INDEX Holding and its subsidiaries. The role covers creative content, end-to-end execution of paid ad campaigns and active audience interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and execute the social media strategy across the group and its subsidiaries
• Grow the company's presence on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other relevant networks
• Create, curate and publish posts, videos and promotional materials
• Plan and run social media campaigns aligned with business goals
• Manage and optimise social media advertising budgets
• Monitor trends, build relationships with platform representatives and track, analyse and report on performance
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Respond to audience comments and messages in real time and monitor user-generated content for risks and opportunities
• Coordinate and schedule content across subsidiaries with high content volume, using tags, titles and keywords to improve search visibility
• Analyse campaign results and recommend improvements, driving follower and engagement growth
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• At least 3 years of digital marketing and social media experience
• Experience creating, publishing and managing content
• Creative thinker with strong content ideation skills
• Background in digital marketing, advertising, PR or a related field

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CMS and design principles
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools and best practices
