Bilingual Public Relations Specialist – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Public Relations specialist to help train and evaluate AI chatbots in both Arabic and English. You will work remotely, measuring model progress, crafting realistic conversations, and ensuring high‑quality outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute diverse bilingual tasks for AI chatbots.
• Engage in real‑time conversations with bots to assess linguistic accuracy and logical flow.
• Write novel dialogue scripts that teach bots appropriate responses.
• Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, performance, and overall quality.
• Provide detailed feedback and metrics to guide model improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with expert‑level writing, editing, and communication skills in both languages.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
• Independent contractor able to work from a personal computer.
• Residency in the United Arab Emirates.
