Infrastructure and Utilities Design Engineering – Expression of Interest

About the role

GHD is seeking engineers to join its Middle East team to design and deliver multi‑disciplinary infrastructure and utilities projects across Abu Dhabi. This is an Expression of Interest campaign for future appointments based on upcoming project opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of multi‑disciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, data analysis and technical assessments.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering processes and solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering (for Dry Utilities roles).
• Experience working in a consultancy environment.
• Understanding of modern infrastructure/utilities modelling software packages.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and technical report writing skills.
• Previous UAE experience and knowledge of regional design standards and construction practices is a plus.
