BIM Modeler – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team and support cutting‑edge construction projects. You will work closely with architects and structural engineers to ensure accurate 3D models and seamless coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Adjust work sets and project frameworks to match project requirements and standard workflows.
• Prepare and coordinate project models according to the BIM execution plan.
• Create and develop Revit families based on project needs.
• Develop architectural and structural details within the BIM model.
• Extract required details and sheets, converting them to various file extensions as needed.
• Upload models and drawings to cloud platforms such as BIM 360.
• Generate clash detection reports and resolve errors following BIM protocols.
• Coordinate with architectural and structural engineers to address clashes and modeling concerns.
• Produce shop drawings according to project details and engineer instructions.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in the construction industry.
• Proficiency with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and workflows, including LOD specifications and clash detection.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
