Boutique Manager – Fine Jewellery, Abu Dhabi

About the role

Mode Search is supporting a fine jewellery brand in its search for an experienced Boutique Manager to lead its Abu Dhabi boutique. This is a key appointment for the business, calling for a commercially driven leader who combines strong team management with an established client network and a hands-on approach to sales and business development. The role reports to the relevant senior retail leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the boutique's commercial performance, driving sales growth and delivering business objectives.
• Lead, motivate and develop the boutique team, building a high-performance culture and raising standards.
• Maintain a strong personal presence with clients and contribute to sales and key relationships.
• Build and strengthen a network of HNW and VIC clients in the Abu Dhabi luxury market, and identify opportunities to grow the client base.
• Coach the team on clienteling, relationship management and commercial performance.
• Ensure an exceptional and consistent luxury client experience.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring strong processes, discipline and execution.
• Work with wider business stakeholders to support commercial initiatives and long-term growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a luxury boutique and a strong track record of leading and developing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ownership of sales performance and business results.
• Established knowledge of the Abu Dhabi luxury market and its client landscape.
• Experience in fine jewellery, high jewellery or luxury watches is highly advantageous.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
