Boutique Marketing Manager

About the role

The Boutique Marketing Manager reports to the Boutique Director and is responsible for driving client marketing initiatives that increase client knowledge and loyalty within a luxury retail environment in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and monitor regular client analysis, ensuring database quality through capture, cleansing and data extraction.
• Report marketing activity results, competitor insights and luxury retail trends to the Boutique Director.
• Transform complex data into compelling PowerPoint presentations and visual insights.
• Define yearly CRM objectives with the Boutique Director and implement action plans in coordination with the CRM & Digital team.
• Support Fashion Advisors in using CRM tools, track individual performance and ensure compliance with boutique procedures.
• Coordinate personalized client services such as birthdays, gifts, events, fashion shows and private appointments based on client segmentation.
• Handle client complaints, develop action plans and continuously improve service levels.
• Act as the main liaison for Middle East and India fashion teams for event organization and follow‑up on client feedback.

• Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to turn data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively with boutique management, sales teams and regional marketing functions.
• Proactive attitude toward enhancing client experience and boutique influence.
