Branch In-charge – Suzuki Workshop

About the role

The Branch In‑charge will lead the Suzuki workshop in Sharjah, overseeing daily operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and meeting the branch’s financial and service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve labour sales, repair order numbers and service campaign targets while controlling operating costs.
• Manage workshop finances including petty cash, monthly bill settlements and timely reporting.
• Optimize bay utilisation and ensure efficient workflow to maximise revenue.
• Motivate and develop the workshop team, conduct performance assessments and identify training needs.
• Maintain safety standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Plan leave rosters to guarantee adequate staffing.
• Implement work instructions, handle customer complaints promptly and ensure repairs follow manufacturer guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing an automotive workshop or service centre.
• Strong focus on achieving financial and non‑financial targets.
• Ability to lead a team, maintain high morale and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Excellent organisational skills for scheduling, reporting and cost control.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a commitment to resolve issues quickly.
