Brand Management Consultant – Hospitality (5‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Brand Management Consultant to support the evolution, positioning, and growth of a leading hospitality brand portfolio in Dubai. The role works closely with senior leadership to shape differentiated brand experiences, strengthen governance, and enhance brand equity over an initial five‑month contract, renewable based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with long‑term business objectives and growth ambitions.
• Assist in designing, implementing, and continuously improving signature brand experiences, rituals, and service concepts.
• Coordinate rollout of brand initiatives, acting as liaison between corporate teams, regional stakeholders, and operating units.
• Create brand‑related training materials and tools to facilitate adoption across the organization.
• Maintain and enhance brand standards and governance processes.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, consultants, and strategic partners to ensure quality, timeline, and budget compliance.
• Lead multiple projects from concept through execution, supporting business objectives and strategic brand goals.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to advance brand priorities and initiatives.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in brand and marketing management, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Hands‑on experience collaborating with creative agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent project‑management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a creative and innovative approach to problem‑solving.
