Brand Operations Manager

About the role

The Brand Operations Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across R&B Fashion stores in Dubai. This role develops and enforces standard operating procedures, oversees recruitment and training, and ensures an exceptional retail experience that maximises sales and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Set and achieve store sales targets, monitor metrics such as units per transaction, average transaction value, sales per square foot and conversion rates.
• Guide Area Managers and Store Managers to optimise productivity, control operational costs and enforce SOPs, loss‑prevention policies and visual‑merchandising standards.
• Recruit, train and develop store staff, conduct performance appraisals, and create succession plans in partnership with the Brand General Manager.
• Lead regional sales and operations meetings, provide feedback to managers, and ensure participation in the brand’s loyalty programme.
• Monitor inventory, manage slow‑moving stock, and collaborate with buyers and planners to maximise sales.
• Participate in new store design projects, coordinate with architects and project teams, and support store set‑up and merchandising phases.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail management with a strong focus on sales performance and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑store teams, drive training initiatives and manage cost‑reduction projects.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with senior management, area managers, brand managers and external partners.
