About the role
The Business Banking Secretary provides essential administrative support to the Head of Business Banking, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Process travel itineraries, expense reports, and related documentation.
- Organise internal and occasional external events for the Business Banking team.
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist in maintaining efficient team workflows and communication.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidate with a strong interest in banking administration.
- Full‑time availability based in Dubai.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Professional communication skills in English.
