About the role
The interior fit‑out firm in Dubai is looking for an Admin Executive to provide comprehensive administrative support to its project teams. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations and effective communication with clients and vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to the team.
- Manage office operations, including correspondence, filing, and scheduling.
- Coordinate communications with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Maintain office supplies and oversee vendor relationships.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in administration, business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Dependent visa holders preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
- Effective interpersonal and coordination skills.
