About the role
PulseMediaNL is looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk to work remotely. You will play a key part in keeping our records accurate, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring data integrity across our systems.
Key responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy before processing.
- Organise and maintain digital files and documentation systems.
- Assist with routine clerical and administrative tasks, including spreadsheet and report preparation.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies, performing regular quality checks.
- Support workflow improvements and process‑documentation updates.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Basic analytical and problem‑solving skills.
